For Sale Parts Bike. 97 GL1500 Aspencade SE

1997 Goldwing GL1500 Aspencade SE. I was working on the bike replacing the starter When I bolted it in the gears were not lined up. When I tightened it down it broke a piece off of the Reverse idle gear in the engine. I started it and ran it for a while and then found out I had no reverse. There was strange noise coming from the engine. I pulled the starter back out and felt inside and found that I snapped a good part of that gear off, and it was grinding up inside. Not sure how much damage is done, but enough that I'm done with it. I'm selling the bike whole for parts or it can be fixed, just not by me. I have a 1990 1500 motor that was replaced because of the chattering shift forks, but it did run. The 97 has a lot of good parts on it. Some of the plastic side covers and the side lower fairing covers are busted up a bit but I can get them back on securely to ride. Pictures will show what other good stuff there is.
