This 1986 Honda Aspencade was driven off the showroom floor in 1986. It has been on seven 3-Flag classic rides from Mexico to Canada and Canada to Mexico (look up 3 Flags Classic). Several times the trailer came with it bringing the supplies needed (camping, food, etc). Last registered in 2022. Is a great bike. Due to loss of the rider (not related to the bike) it is now for sale. It has been left outside for last two years and normally was covered but the elements got to the cover. Does it run? Yes- runs well. What does it need? The clutch and front brake fluid reservoirs need to be replaced as the fluid drained out and the sight window cracked and broke. It will need new tires as they are beyond the couple of year limits for safe tires. Selling the motorcycle, the trailer that it can tow (Bike has a towing hitch). In addition, there is a trailer the motorcycle can be put on and towed behind a truck. I thought I took a picture of it and failed. If you don't want either trailer that is ok but it's a great package deal. Has original tool kit, the original owners manual. It needs some cleaning, polishing, and some of the chrome needs to be cleaned with fine steel wool. I have and operate the 1987 version of this bike and still ride it and love it. I don't need another bike, I have 3 already.
How much? I have no idea. You tell me. Whoever buys it has to come to Northern California and come pick it up (Sacramento area generally). It would have to be towed away as I don't have the time to fix the little things to make it rideable away.
Let me know if you are interested and what you would like to pay. It is a one owner motorcycle since the very first day.
