1993 GL1500 - 50 Original Miles

List on Facebook with pictures and a video.

50 original miles. 1999 Honda Goldwing GL1500. A super low mile original survivor in amazing condition. May be the lowest mileage GL1500 out there. Drive cross country or display in museum. Has reverse gear and onboard adjustable air suspension. I have a copy of the original zero-mile title.

Bike has many cosmetic flaws but it presentable and most importantly drivable. Everything works, radio, air suspension et. New battery, tires, all fluids has been flushed and changed, timing belts, gas tank, fuel pump, plugs, carb parts and windshield. I have a new seat cover that is not installed yet. I do not have a replacement backrest cover. I kept the original factory tires just in case someone wants them. Will need radio speakers. I have two keys. I could not save the original windshield as the protective coating was crazed – polishing did not work. Has a Honda tool kit. Honda has no service records for the bike and no recalls are open.

Story is the original owner has someone else drive the bike home. He did not have a MC license, never got one. Bike sat in an old shed that eventually got overgrown and the roof collapsed. Owner donated the bike to a charity auction.

Just added a carb picture to show how clean they were.

Getting a lot of interest. Most people don't live in my area so they are trying to figure out how to look at it. Just trying to be reasonable on the price. Couldn't find any comparables. Mechanically I think it is good to go. I got a good look at everything important when I did all the work. That gas tank was a pain. It nowhere near perfect cosmetically. Surface rust on chrome and tins etc. Rubber and mechanical items were like brand new though. Amazing how easy it was to take things apart that had never been messed with.

I don't seem to have the option to edit my post. This is a 1993 GL1500.

68 original miles. 1993 Honda Goldwing GL1500.

New battery, tires, all fluids has been flushed and changed. I have replaced the timing belts, gas tank, fuel pump, plugs, carb parts and windshield. If you look closely at the original title you will notice that it has never been plated. Back then the SOS would stamp the title when you got plates. I also have the lien release letter that the original owner obtained from his bank in 2023. I could not save the original gas tank. Replaced it with a spotless 1993 tank.

Story is the original owner has someone else drive the bike home. He did not have a MC license, never got one. Bike sat in an old shed that eventually got overgrown and the roof collapsed. Owner donated the bike to a charity auction.
Facebook would only let me put 300 miles in the ad...

Just added a carb pic to show how clean they were.

Title that came with the bike is now attached. Clean MI title now.

Just added a new video. A fellow GW owner said the idle didn't sound 100%. Did some checking. Found a disconnected vacuum line. Purring like a kitten now.

Another test drive and we are at 68 miles now. Never owned a GW before but I could be converted. Seems to settle in at around 70 mph.

Relisted due to non paying buyer. Please have your significant others permission to purchase....

68 original and actual miles. 1993 Honda Goldwing GL1500 Aspencade. A super low mile original survivor in amazing condition. May be the lowest mileage GL1500 out there. Drive cross country or display in museum. Has reverse gear and onboard adjustable air suspension. I have a copy of the original zero-mile title. Bike is ready to be driven or added to a collection. Clean Carfax and title.

Bike has many minor cosmetic flaws such as surface rust on chrome, scratches and fading but it presentable and most importantly drivable. Everything works, radio, air suspension et. New battery, tires, all fluids (Brake, Antifreeze, Clutch, Oil) have been flushed and changed. I have replaced the timing belts, gas tank, fuel pump, plugs, carb parts, battery and windshield. I have a new seat cover that is not installed yet. I do not have a replacement backrest cover. I kept the original factory 1993 date coded tires just in case someone wants them. Will need radio speakers but the radio does work. I have two keys. I could not save the original windshield as the protective coating was crazed – polishing did not work. Has a Honda tool kit. Honda has no service records for the bike and no recalls are open.

If you look closely at the original title you will notice that it has never been plated. Back then the SOS would stamp the title when you got plates. I also have the lien release letter that the original owner obtained from his bank in 2023.

Story is the original owner has someone else drive the bike home. He did not have a MC license, never got one. Bike sat in an old shed that eventually got overgrown and the roof collapsed.

Owner donated the bike to a charity auction in the fall of 2023.

Facebook would only let me put 300 miles in the ad... It had 40 miles on it when I brought it home. I still may put a few miles on it.

Added a carb pic to show how clean they were before I worked on them.
