Shinko 777 HD 130-90-16 front tire

Post by Rusty Bike » Sun Apr 24, 2016 9:12 am

Hi all, nice out today, too bad my tires are shot! OK, will the above tire fit on my SEi, on the front of coarse? I have read a few posts that say these tires will rub the fender. Also, are they any good? They are inexpensive.

I am also looking at the Metzler (on sale now at JP cycle) but I can only find the 888 series for the front and the 880 series for the rear. They don't seem to make tires for both ends of my bike in the same series. The SEi takes Front: 130-90-16-67H Rear: 150-90-15-74H according to the Honda SEi supplement manual. So, my question with the Metzlers, are the 888 and the 880 series compatible when both used on the SEi? Hope this makes sense...Thanks...Rusty

Shinko 230 is the tire I would look at in the Shinko brand. I think Michelin make one also
