A friend is moving across country and just passed along a '77 GL1000 project.
I'm going to keep the front end for my CB550 and will be parting the rest.
It been sitting a few years, has no title, the wiring is a bit hacked, and the belt cover is bashed...
But, it's 95% complete, came with Lester mags, a nice Corbin Seat, the side covers are both in great shape, and a new and unmounted single carb kit (http://www.singlecarbconversions.com/).
I'll get pics tomorrow once it's light out.
Admittedly, I'm not a GL expert but have a number of other bikes.... Please PM me with needs and offers, shipping from 98225.

I put Lester Mags on my 76 back in the day. If I remember right the GL came with a 17” rear wheel, in those days the 17” tire choices were slim as I believe the GL was the only bike running a 17” wheel. The Lester is a 16” wheel allowing you more choices in your rear tire selection. Can’t remember if they can be run tubeless or not?
