Heated Grip not Working
I have a heated grip issue. The grips do not heat while on nor does the seat. If I turn the grips off, then the seat will heat. Anyone know of a fix for this issue? or a Youtube video to help with the fix?

Re: Heated Grip not Working
Sadly there have been a lot of these and a lot of fixes depending on what is causing the problem. The grips and the seat do work together and yes its usually the grips. Mostly I believe is a broken wire in the heated grip wiring on the right side of the bars. If you do an internet search you will find a lot if info.

ur it is the heater controller unit, it sits / hang near the battery (if you look to the battery its on the right) just clean the connector with wd40 and then try again.

Most likely it is a broken wire as keithsaid. But it doesn't hurt to try the easy stuff first but do not use WD40, use contact cleaner. WD 40 is a lubricant and will attract dirt and dust.

mostly LEFT grip all wires in series goes FROM switch to left,,, across to right back to hcu cut both wires see which is the jumper(continuity) feed power into left ground off side right ,,,, power both up with 12 v you will see if its LEFT RIGHT or THE JUMPER----- IF THEY work with test 1 its your hcu or switch
