1981 GOLDWING 1100 INTERSTATE FOR SALE

I am selling my 1981 GL1100 Interstate .
I bought the bike 2/3 years ago with the intention of using it to do a bit of touring and general use .
After a bit of servicing and upgrades it's been on the Scotland NC500 and around a lot of the great
roads in Dumfries and Galloway and the Borders .
The bike has been in regular use until SORNed last autumn . It's not a museum showpiece but it has
always drawn a lot of attention from people who tell me they like to see a well looked after old bike
being used for what it's designed for .
It has an MOT until June 2021 and has 42165 miles on the clock ( which I believe to be true since I have
a lot of old MOTs and invoices for service work ) .
I bought the bike for £2000 and then spent another £750 on it to service everything including fluids , filters
cam belts , brakes and so it goes on . I don't know the value of the bike but it's worth what I think is a fair

from the pics, that looks like a nice bike.
if they are selling over there for anything near 3500 pounds / $6100CDN /$4800USD a person would do well importing them as a part-time money-making hobby.

Please note - I have reduced the price for my Wing to £2500 . Get yourself a bargain on a genuine bike which has been well looked after and now deserves a new owner who will look after it and use it
