Exhaust - GoldWing GL1100

Post by micbery » Tue Feb 21, 2012 12:50 am

Hi to all,

While giving the old girl a wash I came across a small hole in its chrome exhaust pipe. Right side, below passager foot peg, on the bottom half of the pipe. Obviously this needs to be dealt with and am open to possible solutions.

Might it be there as a moisture drain hole?Look at the other exhaust too.

I was thinking the same thing. If it is, don't block it off, as moisture will pool up inside there and rust your exhaust from the inside out.
