Hey Guys need help bad trying to go to roundup Tunnica Miss weekend 31 and having a problem with 1500 gl bike was running fine she needed fork seals and petcock replaced fork seals and petcock did a timing belt change noticed left side cam had moved removed belt turned it back now she wont start she has never suffered from a no start with 97000 plus miles I know I must have done something to timing can someone tell me how to put the timing right I know how to turn crank line up marks on cams and crank how do I reset timing please help don't want to go to stealer wait will be to long if there's any one in metro ga. area will bring bike or u can come help me out cell number 678-361-3471 email mudausasix@aol.com don't hesitate to call fat lady needs a doctor MilesF6 thanks :?: :?:

Timing is non adjustable. I would be looking elsewhere.

Where did this petcock come from, is it new.

Go to the GL1500 DIY section, there is a detailed post, with lot of pictures showing how to replace the timing belts, you'll see how to set the timing.
