Took a ride to clear the head and cure cabin fever. Today is the first sunny day in two weeks felt great the forecast for the next 5 days colder and rain. Pretty soon I will think I live in England

yesterday I played with the 450 some more and found a blown fuse, I wish this bike had blade style fuses. I tried to start it with the old battery from my 750f but it wasn't any good either. I called lisa a couple times but got the phone out of service message so I took a ride over to her house. on the way home I remembered to stop and get a pic of this mural

played around with the CB 450 nighthawk some today, got all the old fuses changed, new sparkplugs installed, and the new battery installed. got dash lights now and it even cranked over but didn't start for me. I put the charger back on the battery and got it covered up, i'll go at it again tomorrow if it isn't raining

As I recall, it was the VF750 until the U.S. passed a regulation limiting the import of motorcycles over 699 CCs? So it then became the VF700, although it was probably still branded the "Magna 750"?

That was about the time we all got that silly arrow on our dashes, too, that told us when to upshift.

why yes he had a 750 magna but i'm not sure of the actual lettering so i'm not sure if it was a vf 750 or vf 750f. I just know that it was one of the easiest bike to wheelie on :)

V4, shaft drive, liquid cooled, and the dreaded ADV. Not bad for the early 80's!

no nite time traffic during lock down, a great time to ride if the weather is warm enough for you and you're not afraid of the dark :)

That bike brings back memories of my CT-70. Of course, there wasn't a DQ for about 65 miles from where I grew up, so riding it to town wasn't happening.

And this wasn't today, but it was just a couple days ago... Wiseman's View, NC. It's actually a 180-degree panorama, squashed a bit to fit on the screen.
