I do, with caution.

don't over torque it.
it seems you have some on order, I have several on hand also to use with each oil change.

Many DIYr's reuse them. If it does not leak, you should be ok. However, if you take it to a shop to have your oil changed, and they reuse it, probably because they don't have a new one, shame on them.

I found mine in my drain pan, once, after replacing the pan bolt and filling with oil. Rather than dump the new oil, I ran till my next oil change without one, and put it back in then. Since then, I keep some around, so if I do not like the looks of the one coming off, I put a new one on. The bike did not leak oil without a washer on it.

keep in mind that its job is too crush down and take up some of the force. My brother cracked an early cast aluminum oil pan on one of his bikes (CX500??) He had so many bikes I couldn't keep up. By over torquing the pan drain bolt....Not something you want to do on a wing. You crack that case down there...or imagine stripping the threads? Can you say a world of hurt? :o  :? :(
