DB Electric alternator

Ahhhh, maybe not ! you decide !

I ordered an alternator from DB Electrical for my 1994 Honda Goldwing gl1500 SE on the 22nd of June before 2 pm there time so it would ship the same day as stated on there web site. They did not ship it until the 26 of June. That is for days late ! Then it took another 8 days to get to me on the 2nd of July late in the afternoon. What the heck !!! Did they ship it by slow boat from China?? Really 8 days to get to me!!
This is totally not ok. It isn't there fault my alternator failed but I ordered one way soon enough to replace it before my vacation started. Well, guess what, they just screwed me out of my vacation time. I will never order from them again and i am going to give as many bad reviews as I can. I just hope the alternator works, I can only imagine what I would have to go through to get it replaced ! They never sent an email saying there would be a delay, also I sent them an email asking a simple question and they could not even answer it. It seemed like they didn't even know what I was talking about !
Good bye DB Electrical !

I certainly empathize. What pisses me off is when you pay for 2nd day (or next day) shipping and they take 4 days to ship it!
