https://www.carbtune.com

That's the one, from England so maybe it would work for your shipping. I got mine inside of a week. It is 68 pounds ( 5 shipping) that's about 127 Canadian dollars

I have one of these as well, and it is the best I have ever used for syncing carbs.

Doesn't matter which you hook up but I generally put the hoses to represent the cylinder numbers from left to right. 2,4,3,1
The cylinders are
2 O-O 1
4 O-O 3
That way the gauges are arranged each side next to each other.
Here is a video showing this done: https://goldwingfacts.com/Videos/gl1200carbsynch.mp4

My @.02 -

In my experience, the gauge set shown in the 'goldwingfacts' video
is not very accurate - I used one when I had my KAW-900
and found it to be highly inacurrate. I wound up throwing
it away, since I could take the same cylinder hose and hook
it up to a different guage, and get a much different reading.
Thus, the gauges are not calibrated to each other very well.

I had a really nice S&W vacuum gauge from 30 years ago,
taken off a car to show manifold vacuum (back then, a
measurement of 'gas mileage'). I made a damper to cut
down on needle pulses, turns out I didn't need it 'cause
the gauge had built-in damping. Then went to a pet store
and got a 4-port aquarium manifold. 4 ports plus one more
for the gauge. Cut 4 hoses of EXACT length for 4 cylinders,
hook up the gauge, and go to work balancing. The SEQUENCE
shown in 'goldwingfacts' is correct, just that I don't trust
that gauge set. Open one port at a time, do your adjustment,
keep checking between the two cylinders. Once both lefts
agree, do the right two. Finally balance left-right banks.

With this setup, you are using the SAME gauge for every
cylinder - no gauge errors. Once all was done, I wound up
with showing ALL cylinders the same, no matter which port
I opened up. I'm calling that balanced, and bike runs awesome.

Maybe I just got a bad set of vacuum gauges back then, but
I know using ONE gauge for all makes me feel better.....
Sorry for the long post ............

well
all went well,
the 2 right were really not tune well, the front right one (when seated) was the bad one.

when i was riding i could listen at the engine a little knocking coming from this side,,like too mush advance on timing!
but if i release the gaz trotle a bit,it stopped.

it is night here, will test the bike before i go at the hospital for a special rendez-vous.

thanks all for your help and comments.
they are always appreciated
