How hard can it be???

Post by snb290 » Sat Sep 01, 2018 12:12 pm

I've been thinking of making my own camper. I figure getting something like a jet ski trailer for the base. Then doing either a coffin camper or some kind of a pop up camper.
How hard can it be? (one of my favorite sayings) That's a question that has frequently gotten me into more than I can handle.

My questions are: Has anyone tried this before, with a moderate success rate? After the base purchase, about what did it cost to do? for sleeping only.

Thanks guys, and gals.

This site has been a life saver (or at least a $$ saver)

There have been a couple threads on this here:

A search for camping trailers or camper trailers or homemade trailers gave me those two.
It ain't about the destination - it's all about the journey
