I also bought the Jaco FlowPro Digital Tire Inflator Gauge and I have to say it is the BEST product I have ever used for checking and inflating my tires. Works great and I just love the quick connect air chuck and the ease of one hand inflating and letting out air in the tire to get the pressure where you want it. I also highly recommend this product.

My daughter was over yesterday and wanted to check her tire pressure. I handed her that gauge and said "here you go, figure it out." She did, very quickly, and said to me "this thing makes it so easy! I'd check my tires all the time if I had one."

Of course, she'd need a compressor, too, but...there you go, a positive review also from a 19 year old girl.

The JACO also has 1% accuracy. It is more $, but the chuck is worth the difference to me. It is much easier to use. Even my wife has begun using it to check and inflate/deflate the tires on her car on her own. That's how simple and easy it is to use. She never did that before with other chucks even though the inflator itself was nearly as easy to use. That chuck made the difference for her.

I agree. The amazing chuck on the JACO is worth the extra few dollars. It also has the same accuracy specs.

I have used many different tire pressure gauges and equipment over many years of motorcycle, auto, and aircraft, tire servicing. Hands down, the most convenient I have found is the Sun Joe Digital Cordless Air Compressor. Digital gauge, adjustable pressure setting, auto shutoff, rechargeable lithium ion battery, battery charge indicator. I like it because it is simple to use; set the pressure, attach to the valve stem, it displays current tire pressure. Pull the trigger and the pump starts, walk away and the pump shuts off when it reaches the set pressure, (less than 5 minutes on a flat car tire). It has a right angle pressure chuck which you almost have to have to service an old Goldwing rear tire.

Start by having a gauge.. most people do not.
Have a gauge that fits what you are dealing with.
No point in having a 0-100 lbs. gauge unless you're working at that pressure.
0-10 lbs. flopper, 0-45 lbs. covers cars and MCs, 0-150 lbs. trucks. Etc., Etc..
Also; try to remember where you put it .. pc (RETIRED trucker, racer BOTT/NASCAR, AP, commercial diver ETC..

That looks like a very nice gauge. You might wish you had one with an angled air chuck the next time you have to check rear tire pressure on a Goldwing.

That would be true for a GL1000, GL1100 or a GL1200 I guess but the GL1500 and GL1800 have 90 degree valve stems and the chuck and gauge work just fine.

Amazon is easy to deal with. Just let them know what happened. They will send you a return slip.

so I returned the wrong one, bought another and discovered just before they shipped it that it was the 1.0 and not the 2.0
I cancelled the second and bought another...I believe this time it’s the correct one...

I had the 90 degree stems put on my 1200, the steel with lock nut on it. And brace for it.
