Audio Output Issue

Post by larryk » Tue Jul 02, 2019 9:13 pm

Hi, I ride a GW1800 Trike, 2002. I make videos of our trips, and I'd like to have a way to record the "traffic" between myself and my wife, over the intercom. I think that would make an interesting sound track for the video. I can not find any audio or intercom output option on the aftermarket. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might capture the intercom traffic on a recording device. Thank you, larryk

I can tell you how I would design such a thing, but I think you're looking for a turnkey product, not a circuit diagram.

If you were recording only yourself, you could plug something like this into the other headset jack and use it to route audio into your recorder.

Maybe that product above, along with this, to split the signal off of one of the headsets?

Thank you!

I think that splitter will help me out.

Thanks again,
