Goldwing parts aficionados, will a 2012 front wheel with ABS fit a 2008 with out ABS????

ABS works with the rotor, not the wheel. The answer is most likely yes, it should work.

Yes ... a non-abs wheel will work with a couple of modifications. 2008's did not come with TMPS (tire pressure monitoring system), and the 2012's did. Therefore, you will probably want to remove the TMPS sensor, and install a v-stem. Also, on the 2012 wheel, you will probably want to remove ABS sensor ring. All 5th gens have a front wheel with mount holes for the sensor ring. On your 2008 wheel, it has them too. But yours are not tapped out to have threads. The 2012 holes will have the threads.

ok thanks.. The rim is already stripped that's when I noticed the holes for the ABS ring and I knew mine didn't have these

Can you relook at yours ... I believe it has the holes.
