For between $105.00 and $171.00, depending on year needed from 2001 to 2019, you get the real deal from Cyclemax of Ohio

Bought one myself for my 2017 and it is the genuine article.

Not withstanding the poor telephone customer service, at the time of the original post the Helm manuals were backordered with no delivery date available.

If you look at a Clymer or Haynes manual side by side with a Honda manual you will see similar issues to what my2009wing has described.

That was a huge issue for me on my initial contact with Helm. It left me with a complete lack of confidence in them as a whole.

The pictures in my knockoff or pretty good. Maybe not as good as from the source, but pretty good.

I could have waited, but the total lack of confidence and the price difference made it an easy decision. I'm satisfied/happy with the manual I have. If Helm knows about this and whines about maybe that'll be a warning that they need to step up their customer service and get those manuals in stock and hopefully for a more reasonable price. I really can't see that somewhat or slightly better pictures can make up for that difference. IMHO, the information is more valuable than the pictures and there are plenty of things on youtube as an additional resource.
