Radio location on 2003 wing

Can anyone help with the location of the radio in my 2003 GL.
Also how do I get to it please?

The radio is located under the shelter. The audio control panel you see on top of the shelter is connected to the unit itself. If I remember correctly, taking the shelter loose and raising it will allow you to see the radio and its connections, which are mounted to a bracket above the air box.

Sorry I dont understand what the " shelter" is

The shelter is what all the knobs or dial controls are attached to. It's right in front of you as you sit on the bike. It would be the gas tank on most other motorcycles. You knees would be beside it as you sit on the bike with your feet on the foot rests.

Generally the shelter consists of an assembly of mainly parts #15, 16, and the radio. In the fish below, it does not show the radio. The shelter comes off as one assembly consisting of those 3 parts. Once the shelter is remove, the radio can then be removed from the shelter. All the screws that hold it all together are found on its underside.
