Gl1100 swing arm bearings

Post by tedfeast » Mon Feb 10, 2020 12:44 am

Hello,
Does anyone have a link to a how to for replacing the swing arm bearings in a 83 gl1100?
Everything I find seems to talk past the issue without actually just showing how it's done.
I've got the swing arm off but I need to know about the inserts (races?) Getting them out, then installing the new ones..
I realize it's a fairly simple task, but I've never done it and just need to know for sure.
Thanks everyone!

So, this is not a gl swing arm in this video.
And while I can see some similarities, it's quite different all together.
