Tailwind trailer wiring help

Post by M61A1MECH »

I am trying to help out a fellow forum member who bought one of my trailer harness systems. He has decided to buy a Tailwind and needs my help to convert my system to work with the Tailwind. I have reviewed the Tailwind diagram found here on the board, and understand the needs, what I do not have is the pin out diagram for the 6 way vehicle side connector. If someone here could supply me with the pin out of the 6 way connector it would be very much appreciated.

Here is what Aspen does on the 6 pin connector. I think it should be universal on the 6 pin connector for 5 wire trailer wiring(separate turn lights from the brake lights)

Thanks all for the help. I did manage to get the info needed, but the deal fell through for the buyer.
