If I torque the axle sleeve nut down to 48ft/lbs the axle doesn't sit flush on the right side of the bike at all, and with it being torqued down, adjusting the forks in and out doesn't really do anything, do you mean twist them? If you don't torque the axle sleeve nut down to 48ft/lb you can get the axle flush on the right side of the bike but not otherwise. I'll have to mess with it this morning but something doesn't seem right. The forks don't move left to right easily and the one thing I thought of was using a ratchet strap and I don't think that is necessary.

I'm having difficulty getting the wheel spacer removed after getting one rotor off. Is there a special tool required?

THanks
